Beyond the Game Travel ("we," "us," "our") plans Fenway Park and Boston sports trips for groups. This policy explains what information we collect through beyondthegametravel.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a trip inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- Trip details such as group size, occasion, package, preferred dates, and anything you write in your message
If you email us or speak with us on a planning call, we keep the information you share there too.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to help block malicious traffic.
How we use your information

We won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and you can opt out of any marketing email at any time.
When we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Travel partners. To book your trip, we share the details needed (such as names, group size, and dates) with the hotels, restaurants, ticket providers, tour operators, and transportation companies involved in your booking. We only do this for trips you ask us to plan.
- Service providers. We use trusted companies to run our website and communications:
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website, protects it from attacks, and routes our email
- Formspree, which receives inquiry form submissions and delivers them to us by email
- Google, which provides our email inbox and the fonts used on this website (your browser loads the fonts from Google's servers, which shares your IP address with Google)
- Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our business, or others.
- Business changes. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it as described here.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and trip information for as long as we need it to plan your trip and serve you, and afterward as long as needed for our legal, tax, and accounting records. If you send an inquiry but don't book, we'll delete your information within two years unless you ask us to keep it.
How we protect it
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to plan your trip. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a booking in progress or a legal obligation
- Stop sending you marketing email
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our services are meant for adults planning group trips. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site or your itinerary may link to hotels, restaurants, ticket sellers, and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on our website.
